Cloning Test Cases in Test Management for JIra

Up until recently we’ve been able to clone Test Cases in Jira, creating new Test Cases with the test steps preserved in the new issue. As of late last week we noticed that this was no longer possible; the steps in the new Test Case are blank.Is anyone else observing this problem? Is there a fix?

Can I export the details of a test report in TTM for Jira?

Hi, I’m evaluating Tricentis for Jira. Is there a way to export the details of the tests that were run? I’m not looking for a summary, but a list of all the tests and the steps that were performed along with the results. If that level of detail is not available, perhaps a report listing the Test Case descriptions. Thanks!Eddie

Hi Guys - When we add users we cannot delete those users - so on each run I need the Value of certain fields to increase by 1and on the next run the entry must be 20002 - I am finding following the documentation rather difficult as I am new to Testim - can somebody assist me please?

I used a testcript in selenium java to check the links on webpages and verifying if they were broken or not.Has anyone created a testcasee in Tosca to check if links are broken or not?How can this be done using Tosca? Thanks in advance!

Process to migrate Xray test cases to Test Management. 

We are evaluating “Tricentis Test Management for Jira” plugin for Jira cloud and installed it on one of the sandbox instance. We already have Xray plugin installed so I am checking if data can be migrated from Xray to Test management.Following Migrate from other plugins (tricentis.com) I was tried to migrate one project data but seems migrator searching for “Xray Test” issue type and throws an error. We are using Test issue type in Xray “We have discovered 0 test cases in your Xray project.To ensure a smooth migration process, we recommend reviewing them before proceeding. Object looks and acts like a comb or list box, but Tosca only scans it as a Div ...

I have a bunch of controls on a web page that look and act like combo or drop down boxes. Click to pull down, and choose a value from a pre-defined list. Or you can start typing to quickly get to the item you want to select.But when I scan them with Tosca I just get a generic Div object. Not only does the icon of the object not display like would expect for a list box, I don’t see any of the values available.How does something like this get handled? I need to be able to both verify the contents of the lists, and select them.p.s. I’m guessing the developers have used some other toolkit behind the scenes to make this look like a regular control when it’s actually not?Thanks very much in advance!

Recieving NL-NETWORK-01 java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException errors in Load Tests

Hi, I keep getting java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException on the same requests and cannot pinpoint this issue. I am running a 3000 user load test and start receiving this error at the same point in the test when we reach the peak load.I have also increased the tcp conncurrent connections on my controllers and  have http parallel connections set to 15 for each population.Would really appreciate any assistance regarding this issue.

Hello Everyone,I enrolled in Tricentis Tosca Fundamentals - Automating web application testing (AS1).I completed 41% so far, but I'm facing an issue. When I run my testcase against the test site https://demowebshop.tricentis.com/, it fails to locate this highlighted link:  Here's the error message: I rescanned the Module where the object is located and made it unique by selecting one of its unique properties. However, I still encounter the same error.This error surprises me because I used the default Modules provided with the Tosca base project. It was mentioned in the course that we wouldn't need to change their properties as the controls within the modules were already stable!Any insights would be appreciated.Kinfly.

Neoload is taking 10 mins to start running a test after clicking on start scenario

After clicking on run, NeoLoad is taking ~9-10 mins to start the actual test. It is same from NeoLoad web as well. How can I reduce this time to <5mins?I need to reduce this time as I need to do some debug work with other team and its waiting for 10 mins to start the test which is just time consuming.this is the different sizes of relevant folders in NeoLoad which are more than 1 MB:Zip folder size using “Export Project to Neoload web” : ~19 MB.git folder: 1.45 GB (might not be relevant here)recorded request: 11MbRecorded response: 900 MBRecorded screenshot: 21 MBResults: 300MbVariables: ~60MbSome Config.zip.bak files :~50 mb I am not sure which file/folder is contributing to the increase of this delay in starting the test. Can anyone please help me with it?

Element with xpath is not unique in Rescan but unique in Browser Inspector

While locating an element by using xpath instead of properties in the Rescan window in Tosca Commander, the tool says the element is not unique, but on browser in inspector the same xpath returns only 1 found element on the page.The value which is set in the xpath field of the Rescan window is following: "//tr/td[text()='User']/following-sibling::td[text()][@align='right']"What can be the reason of not finding the element as unique in Rescan? As I can’t see what other elements the Rescan finds by that xpath.Maybe Rescan is leveraging xpaths not as we used to experience in browsers.

We have observed the Session Private Memory Leak (Serious system stability concern) / Windows Server 2019 memory leak "Session Private" issue mentioned on the Microsoft communities with our DEX Agents when doing browser tests.Has anybody else noticed  this?Note that other tests do not appear to be affected
