More than one control found for action Blue Jeans." error

Hello Everyone,I enrolled in Tricentis Tosca Fundamentals - Automating web application testing (AS1).I completed 41% so far, but I'm facing an issue. When I run my testcase against the test site https://demowebshop.tricentis.com/, it fails to locate this highlighted link:  Here's the error message: I rescanned the Module where the object is located and made it unique by selecting one of its unique properties. However, I still encounter the same error.This error surprises me because I used the default Modules provided with the Tosca base project. It was mentioned in the course that we wouldn't need to change their properties as the controls within the modules were already stable!Any insights would be appreciated.Kinfly.

Some of my colleagues use NeoLoad as Code instead of NeoLoad application. I have got the NeoLoad as code script. I know how to run test with NeoLoad as Code script. But is there a way I can open NeoLoad as Code script to NeoLoad Application?

Neoload is taking 10 mins to start running a test after clicking on start scenario

After clicking on run, NeoLoad is taking ~9-10 mins to start the actual test. It is same from NeoLoad web as well. How can I reduce this time to <5mins?I need to reduce this time as I need to do some debug work with other team and its waiting for 10 mins to start the test which is just time consuming.this is the different sizes of relevant folders in NeoLoad which are more than 1 MB:Zip folder size using “Export Project to Neoload web” : ~19 MB.git folder: 1.45 GB (might not be relevant here)recorded request: 11MbRecorded response: 900 MBRecorded screenshot: 21 MBResults: 300MbVariables: ~60MbSome Config.zip.bak files :~50 mb I am not sure which file/folder is contributing to the increase of this delay in starting the test. Can anyone please help me with it?

Element with xpath is not unique in Rescan but unique in Browser Inspector

While locating an element by using xpath instead of properties in the Rescan window in Tosca Commander, the tool says the element is not unique, but on browser in inspector the same xpath returns only 1 found element on the page.The value which is set in the xpath field of the Rescan window is following: "//tr/td[text()='User']/following-sibling::td[text()][@align='right']"What can be the reason of not finding the element as unique in Rescan? As I can’t see what other elements the Rescan finds by that xpath.Maybe Rescan is leveraging xpaths not as we used to experience in browsers.

TBox Evaluation Tool not evaluating expression

I am using TBox Evaluation tool with a business parameter. The  business parameter maybe empty or have a value. When the business parameter is empty, TBox Evaluation Tool seems to always execute as true, even though it doesn’t say whether it evaluated to true or false.

We have observed the Session Private Memory Leak (Serious system stability concern) / Windows Server 2019 memory leak "Session Private" issue mentioned on the Microsoft communities with our DEX Agents when doing browser tests.Has anybody else noticed  this?Note that other tests do not appear to be affected

Cloning Test Cases in Test Management for JIra

Up until recently we’ve been able to clone Test Cases in Jira, creating new Test Cases with the test steps preserved in the new issue. As of late last week we noticed that this was no longer possible; the steps in the new Test Case are blank.Is anyone else observing this problem? Is there a fix?

Bearer token generation issue in TOSCA. We have a resource parameter to generate token.In postman we have option to provide that while generating token. But i couldn't find one in TOSCA under Authorization tab.Please see the option available in POSTMAN as belowPlease let me know where can we provide this resource Key in TOSCA for Authorization

Request redirection throwing 403 error.

While recoding a web application, Request 1 sends auth token in its response. This auth token is captured and sent in the request header for Request 2. This Req 2 redirects to Req 2A and Req 2B. Req 2A refers to Req 2 and Req 2B refers to Req 2A.During replay, auth token is been sent in the Req 2, but it is throwing 403, Access denied error. Req 2A and 2B are not even executed as Req 2 failed. Tried with various options like, redirect manually, automatically etc and nothing worked.The same flow with same parameters is working fine in load runner. Is there something to handle differently for redirect requests in Neoload?

Hi, I'm new to Tricentis Tosca and reaching out because I'm encountering an error message while performing exercises in the Tricentis Tosca Academy. During the scan screen, I receive the message: "Connection to the application lost. Maybe the application was closed or refreshed during the scan process."Here's the situation:I'm following the steps outlined in the academy materials. I've confirmed that the application is open and running throughout the scan. My screen resolution and laptop is set to 100%.Despite these checks, I'm still encountering the error message, which is hindering my progress.Appreciate for any guidance on how to troubleshoot or resolve this issue.Thank you. Regards,Grace

Test events getting cancelled in Tosca Distributed execution

I am facing issue in Distributed execution , where in certain test evets are getting cancelled within 2mins with error " Details:The item has been queued.Execution will start when all automation objects have been uploaded. There ws an error whle handlingEnqueueClientrequest.Failed to retrive automation objects. "I had made sure all the objects are synchronised , made sure there is no database error , made sure workspace is not locked ,also made sure the settings w.r.t to other test events, but still  the test event is getting cancelled .Has anyone faced this issue ?. Can anyone please provide your inputs?
