NeoLoad Check Passes All Steps, Actual Test Fails

Hi,I have a script that is passing when I run the check against it, but when it actually runs it fails on a step.  It has to do with an element that I am having issues defining to be recognized properly.

A Test Case will not copy in my project

I have a test case with 21 steps that I want to copy and edit the copy.When I copy then paste it into the same project I get the message but it does not get added to the project.I can copy it and paste into another project successfully.I can rename it in the other project. When I try to copy it from the other project and paste into the original project, it does not get added to the project.In the original project I can successfully copy and paste a different test case. there is something with this particular test case that will not let it get added to the project. Some clarification / detailed steps:I am using qTest.While in Test Design, I right click on the test case in the left windowpane and select Copy.I then select the module that the TC is in, and right-mouse click and select paste.This works for a different test case under the same module.This works if I do the copy in project 1 and the paste in project 2.But if I then copy from project 2 and paste into project 1, it does not ge

Verify whether a specific value exists in a table

Is there a way I can verify whether a specific value in a table exists? I want to check for the non-existence of a certain value in a table. I am basically looking for what is described here:https://documentation.tricentis.com/tosca/1500/en/content/tosca_commander/table_verify.htmBut this functionality seems to no longer exists in the newer versions? I am using Version 23.20

Converting date format

Hi,I have date stored in buffer which is in 2024/12/06 format.XYZ - 2024/12/06 I want to convert this in dd.MM.yyyy formatSo I have given tcp as Tosca date format as dd.MM.yyyyAnd also in tbox set buffer {DATE[XYZ][][dd.MM.yyyy]}Still I get the error the value 2024/12/06 cannot be interpreted  as date according  to dd.MM.yyyy format. How to resolve this?Thanks for the support.

How to understand how much Network Latency is added from NeoLoad Report

We are doing cloud LG based Mobile API testing for different geo locations. From AWS cloudwatch, it is seen that the API is taking much less time than what is present in NeoLoad report. How to understand how much Network Latency is added for each geolocation ? Which value we should look into from the report ?

NeoLoad - Drop-down functionality is not working when validate the test script.

I could be able to record the test script by using Real browser, but it’s failed in drop down function while validate my test script. I clicked the drop-down value, but the value is not stored in the dialog box (The dialog box seems empty even If I click the value from the drop down).After some seconds, I see the time out error as the value is not picked from the drop-down function.Please let me know how to solve this kind of issue in NeoLoad.

How can I send AVRO messages to a Kafka topic hosted in Confluent Cloud while utilizing OAuth for both authorization and authentication within Neoload?

Hi all,I'm attempting to produce AVRO messages to my Kafka topic in Confluent Cloud using the Neoload Kafka send and receive message element, but I encountered an issue where I was unable to produce.I have two topics in Confluent Cloud, one accepting messages as strings and the other as AVRO. I've configured my Kafka send message element with all the relevant details (provided below), and for authorization and authentication, I'm using OAuth. I can successfully produce string messages to my string topic, but I'm unable to do the same for the AVRO topic. However, I also have an API key that can act as a substitute for OAuth, and with the API key, I can produce AVRO messages to the topic without any issue.In order to produce AVRO messages, we need to specify the schema in the configuration, which I did under the parameter value.schema. Despite this, I'm still unable to produce using OAuth. The error message I'm receiving is “Sending failed: io.confluent.kafka.schemaregistry.client.rest.e

How to run SAP GUI in non-display mode - Tricentis Neoload

Im able to record and execute SAP GUI Script in display mode but I'm unable to execute the script in non-display mode, where the SAP logon will run in the background. Every time I execute the scripts the SAP logon window is getting displayed.Could anyone please suggest on how to run SAP GUI scripts in non-display/background mode?

data is getting locked after rowcount in tds

I am trying to count row from tds with same id.and after using rowcount i am not able to get data from test data find and provide module in my next steps.i think after using rowcount data is getting locked for further use.and i if am executing without rowcount and using value of rowcount as buffer then its working perfectly fine.any suggestions please for how to unlock this tds value for using them in further steps.

Chrome Extension debugging message

The Chrome extension always displays the message “Tricentis Automation Extension for Chrome” started debugging this browser. Furthermore, whenever I run a test case, it takes on average about 15 seconds before the test case is executed. I am using the latest version 21.3.2.1

Send Attachment files over POST Request (API)

 Hello, I'm currently testing a few rest interfaces. There is a POST request where attachments are included. (multipart)When I create and execute the request via "API Scan", it works perfectly. But if I create and run the same test case in Tosca under "API TESTING", then I get an error message. "No element was found for path 'documentTypes' with value 'C:\Users\..."and“No element was found for path 'files' with value 'C:\Users\...” Modul:Testcase:LOG: I can't solve the problem. When adding a scanned module to test case, the controls in the module do not appear in the teststep

I am new to Tosca and going over the AS1 training video. When trying to add the scanned module to the testcase, it’s showing empty, all the controls value from the module is missing. Similar issue was reported here - The solution suggests to Deactivate "hide DoNothing"  from the View but it didn’t work me,  the test step values are still missing.  Thanks in advance.

Element in SUT not getting activated using Tosca.

I have a scenario where after i automate the checkbox using true as action mode the add claim button in sut must activate and i need to click on it. But in my case  the check boxes are automating but add claim is not activated. Manually it is working fine. I had used fire event Steering parameters also in modules for check boxes. can anyone suggest me how can i tackle this.
